Meet Carol Vanlandingham
Carol was born and raised in Memphis, TN.
As a child, she had aspirations of being an Olympic gymnast. Never in a million years did she think she'd stumble into the real estate industry, but you can't always predict where or when you'll discover what you're meant to do in life.
Carol was taught at a young age that if you want something in life, you have to work for it. So, that is what she did, and she worked hard.
As the years went by, Carol worked her way from being a Registered Dietitian to a Project Manager for IT companies, never wavering in her resolve to become the best version of herself with each career move.
Carol got into the real estate industry 20 years ago when she starting fixing and flipping houses. Carol loved fixing up a run-down house and making it into a beautiful home for a family. She didn't know that down the road helping people in all stages of life find the home that is right for them would be where she would find the most joy.
After having received her real estate license in 2016, Carol worked with a small boutique brokerage in Boulder, CO. This was a great place to start out, but as she began to expand her business to other states and countries, eXp Realty was the perfect fit. She aligned herself with business partners that have helped her take her business to higher levels.
Carol currently lives in Erie, Colorado.
She is licensed in CO and CA and is serving her clients in both states.
